GET v3/me/sports/{id}/announcements?top={top}

PARTICIPANT — sport-scoped announcements. Mirrors GetLeagueAnnouncements at OwnerType.Sport (broadcast, ungated — the same broadcast content the legacy sport home showed every viewer).
